Additional Room Add-ons:

$300 per Living Space

Bathroom, Large Pantry, Large Hallways and Entryways, Front Porch

*This is the measurement of the entire home (not the space being staged), larger homes have larger spaces and will need more furniture and time to design.

**Price includes 120 days furniture rental. Each additional week is $300 or $999 for 4 weeks.

Individual Room: $750

(when not purchasing a package)

Consultation and Report

Some owners just need the ideas and design help but want to do all the moving themselves.

Let us get you headed in the right direction.

Basic: $250 up to 3 rooms/spaces

Additional Rooms: $50 per room/space

(If staging is added on, price will be added into the staging price.)

How YOU want it.

While this is the least effective model we offer--we understand sometimes there are time or location constraints.

We will "walk" around your home or space with you and give tips and ideas to create the perfect space.

1st Hour: $125

(After the first hour, time is scheduled in 30 minute blocks for $50 each.)

(If staging is added on, price will be added into the staging price.)

We'll work with you to capture your vision, design it, and bring it to life in your home.

Individual Room (purchased outside of an Essential Design Package):

Home Consultation

Organization & Design Plan (ODP) and Design Day

(This charge covers the Consultation, ODP, shopping and curation of your unique design, and Design Day time. 50% to be paid before Design Day. Furniture and decor items are a separate charge.)
