Two things set us apart- our methods and our expertise.
While most staging companies will only stage empty houses, we realize many people need to live in their homes while trying to sell. This limits a seller's options as a well staged home statistically puts more money into the seller's pocket--sometimes a lot more.
And it's not just about decorations.
We know your house is lovely and you have the decor just how you like it. We also know that the way homes are sold is different than how homes are lived in. Home buyers expect a house to look a certain way: a way that suggests ideas for each space following current living trends.
That's where Green Velvet comes in.
We take what you have, give some suggestions, and add a little (or a lot) of our own.
We create a place you can live and a place that will sell. Or if you've moved out and need your vacant home filled in a way that delights and tantalizes buyers' imaginations, we've got you covered, too. We are a fully licensed and insured Staging and Design company - let's get designing!
Meet The Team
Kristi brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and an incredible knack for design and organization. She has years of experience with home remodeling, design, and organization across different states and design styles. Kristi possesses a talent for creative problem solving, open and honest communication, excellent listening and understanding of client's needs and desires, and an eye for visualizing spaces. She is an expert at figuring out how to maximize a space's function while also creating spaces that people love to look at and live in.
Briana brings a unique and needed perspective to home staging as a licensed Realtor. She understands the psychology of home buyers and what sells houses, as she has looked at thousands of homes across the Wasatch Front (both good and bad!) and helped both Buyers and Sellers. Briana knows what today's buyers are looking for and how to make even the toughest spaces make sense and look beautiful.
